729.02 MECHANICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE.

Each individual mechanical amusement device shall be licensed as provided in this chapter, and no person shall keep, maintain, permit or allow any unlicensed device to be in or upon any public place, or place of business under the control, supervision or direction of such person, except as may be exempted from such license as provided in this chapter.
