Thence east on said north line to the westerly right-of-way line of the now or previously owned Zanesville Terminal Railroad; thence in a northwesterly direction along the west line of said railroad right-of-way to the centerline of Eppley Avenue; thence east along the centerline of Eppley Avenue to the centerline of Kimble Street; thence north along the centerline of Kimble Street to the centerline of Lindbergh Avenue, which is the place of beginning.
