All City parks, inclusive of all adjoining parking areas provided for park users, are closed to the public from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM daily, unless otherwise posted at the individual park. Park hours may be modified by the City for the purposes of events or programs sponsored, sanctioned, or permitted by the City.
