(A) Unless otherwise specifically provided for in this chapter, any person, or corporation, who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor, and shall be punished as provided in § 10-99 of this code. ('80 Code, § 21-1) (Ord. 2094, passed 10-20-82)
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 170-02 of this chapter shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 and a maximum of ten days in jail, or by both fine and imprisonment.
