§ 212-31 Emergency Lanes for New and Renovated Buildings.
   Any new industrial or commercial structure must establish emergency lanes in accordance with Fire Department regulations. In addition any renovation of over 50% of an existing commercial or industrial structure, pursuant to the Uniform Building Code, will require the establishment of emergency lanes.
