(A) No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time in any place marked by signs and/or yellow painted curb designated by the Chief of Police as a freight loading zone.
(B) Exceptions:
(1) The expeditious loading and unloading of materials, in no case to exceed 30 minutes.
(2) Vehicles displaying state “disabled parking” identifying insignia may stand or park in a freight loading zone while loading or unloading persons for a period not to exceed 20 minutes.
