§ 212-18 Parking on Private Property.
   No person shall operate, drive or leave any motor vehicle, motorcycle, minibike, trail bike, dune buggy, motor scooter, jeep, or other form of transportation propelled by an internal combustion engine, upon the private property of another, without the written permission of the owner thereof or the person entitled to immediate possession thereof, or the authorized agent of either.
