§ 212-10 Parking for Display or Working on Vehicle.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway including the right-of-way thereof, for the principal purpose of displaying such vehicle for sale; display advertising; displaying commercial exhibits; or washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by emergency.
