§ 211-99 Penalty.
   (A)   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for not more than one day, or both fine and imprisonment. ('80 Code, § 30-259) (Ord. O96-62, passed 6-19-96)
   (B)   In addition to any penalty imposed under division (A) of this section, any person or corporation that violates any provisions of this chapter is subject to a civil sanction pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-626, unless a code section defining a specific penalty to an offense provides otherwise.
