§ 211-76 Exceptions.
   The following vehicles are valid exceptions to this subchapter:
   (A)   Emergency vehicles;
   (B)   Any vehicle owned or operated by the city, provided it is being operated for official purposes; and
   (C)   Any taxicab, bus, or other commercial vehicle for hire transporting persons on legitimate business.
