§ 153-75 Administration by City Planning Department.
   The provisions of this chapter shall be administered by the Department of Planning and Neighborhood Services, and appeals from any decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall go to the City Council. Notice of the appeal shall be given to said Planning and Zoning Commission 30 days preceding any meeting held by the City Council pertaining to said appeal.
