(A) Any person, firm, corporation, agent or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of §§ 135-01 through 135-06 of this chapter is guilty of a civil offense and shall be fined an amount not less than $25 nor more than $200; provided, however, when a person is convicted of a second or subsequent violation, he shall be fined an amount not less than $50 nor more than $300.
(B) The city shall provide for payment by mail of fines imposed pursuant to § 135-99(A).
(C) The imposition of a penalty under the provisions of this chapter shall not waive any and all other legal remedies available to the city.
