§ 130-050 Definition.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PREMISES. The lot or parcel of ground upon which the pen, stable, yard, cage or other enclosure used for the containment of an animal is located.
