(A) Required. Before any dog or cat license shall be issued under the provisions of this subchapter, the owner of the dog or cat to be licensed shall present a valid vaccination certificate for such dog or cat. ('80 Code, § 6-53)
(B) Clinic. The city enforcement agent may make provisions for low cost vaccination clinics. The vaccinations shall be performed by a veterinarian. ('80 Code, § 6-54)
