§ 113-46 Minors Forbidden to Play Games of Chance.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person owning, controlling or in charge of any game of chance, or any gambling devices or appliances to suffer or permit any minors to play at or patronize the same.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to pinball games where value received is a free game.
