§ 113-30 Keeping Unlawful.

Every person who keeps any disorderly house, or any house or place of general or public resort by which the peace, comfort or decency of the immediate neighborhood is habitually disturbed, or who keeps an inn, hotel, rooming or lodginghouse in a disorderly manner, shall be guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
