A person is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor who:
(A) Offers to, agrees to or commits an act of prostitution;
(B) Solicits or hires another person to commit an act of prostitution;
(C) Is in a public place or place open to public view and manifests an intent to commit an act of prostitution;
(D) Aids or abets the commission of any of the acts prohibited by this section.
