§ 112-01 Swimming in Irrigation Ditches and City Lakes and Ponds Prohibited; Parental Responsibility.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to swim or bathe in any canal, irrigation ditch or lateral within the city which is designed for the conveyance of water for the irrigation of farmlands, or in any city lake or pond. ('80 Code, § 20-49)
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the parent or guardian of the person of a minor child to willfully and knowingly permit or encourage such minor child to swim or bathe in any canal, irrigation ditch or lateral in the city which is designed for the conveyance of water for the irrigation of farmlands, or in any city lake or pond.
