§ 112-99 Penalty.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10-99.
   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 112-16 and 112-17(A) of this chapter is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor and will be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than ten days or both fine and imprisonment.
   (C)   Any person who violates § 112-17(B) and (C) of this chapter is guilty of a civil offense and will be punished by a fine not less than $250 per offense and not to exceed $500 per offense.
   (D)   Any person that violates any provision of § 112-61 is subject to the following penalties;
      (1)   A first violation of any section of § 112-61 is punishable as a class 3 misdemeanor with a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for not more than one day of by both such fine or imprisonment.
      (2)   A second offense violation of any section of § 112-61 is punishable as a class 2 misdemeanor with a fine not to exceed $750 or by imprisonment for not more than five days or by both such fine or imprisonment.
      (3)   Third and subsequent violations for a violation of any section of § 112-61 is punishable as a class 1 misdemeanor with a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than ten days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
