(A) Itinerants. Itinerant businesses as defined in § 70-04 (E), shall be conducted only in those zoning districts within which that type of business activity is permitted according to the City of Yuma Zoning Code, and only in conjunction with an established resident business.
(B) Garage sales. Garage sales are limited to three consecutive days conducted no more frequently than three times per year per residential location, as defined in Chapter 154 of the Yuma City Code. Sales of this nature occurring beyond these limits will be considered itinerant businesses and are prohibited.
