§ 36-90 Division of Purchasing Created; Purchasing Agent Appointed.
   A Division of Purchasing is created within the Department of Financial Services, which shall be headed by the Purchasing Agent. The Purchasing Agent shall be appointed in accord with the personnel rules of the city.
