§ 35-17 Duties.
   The duties of the Director of Emergency Management are:
   (A)   The recommendation for adoption by the Council of a Civil Defense Plan.
   (B)   The maintenance of such liaison as is required by the Council between said Council and the Emergency Management Agency of the city, and with other emergency management organizations.
   (C)   The control and direction of the training of the Emergency Management Agency as shall be required by the Council.
   (D)   Such other duties as are prescribed by law or by regulation adopted by the Council.
