8.26.130 Forfeiture of security deposit.

If the WMP compliance official determines that the applicant has not made a good faith effort to comply with this chapter, or the applicant fails to timely submit a complete and accurate WMP summary including supporting documentation pursuant to Section 8.26.110, the deposit shall be forfeited to the city. (Ord. 333 § 1, 2014)
