After the hearing specified in § 152.022, but not less than 15 days after the final plat is submitted, the Plan Commission shall approve or disapprove the subdivider’s application for approval of a subdivision plat. It the Plan Commission approves, it shall cause to be transcribed upon the original tracing of the final plat its certificate of approval, and it shall affix the Commission’s seal upon such original tracing, together with the signatures of the Secretary and Chairperson of the Plan Commission. If the Commission disapproves, it shall set forth the reasons for such disapproval in its own records and provide the applicant with a copy.
