The subdivider shall submit to the Plan Commission on original tracing the three prints of the final plat of subdivision. The final plat shall comply with the provisions of §§ 152.045 through 152.048 and shall be accompanied by such other documents and materials as may be required by this chapter. At the time the final plat is submitted, the filing fee required by § 152.006 will be adjusted on the basis of the actual number of lots created by the subdivision, and any additional fee shall be paid or refunds made at that time.
