No person shall operate a truck over three-fourths ton capacity on any street in the town except upon the streets designated in Schedule J of the Yorktown Traffic Code, adopted by reference herein; provided, however, that when absolutely necessary, said vehicles may be permitted for the sole purpose of loading and unloading when their destination is not accessible from the above described streets and routes.
