§ 70.30 USE OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES, IN-LINE SKATES AND/OR BICYCLES ON DESIGNATED AREAS OF SIDEWALKS AND PARKING AREAS PROHIBITED.

   The Town Board of the town prohibits the use of skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, and bicycles in the following areas of the town;

   (A)   Public sidewalks in the following areas;

      (1)   Public sidewalks along Smith Street between Elm Street and Vine Street; and/or

      (2)   The public sidewalk along Smith Street and abutting the Yorktown Public Library.

   (B)   Private parking lots or private property as follows: any parking lots and/or driveways adjacent to or nearby businesses, and/or nonresidential properties whether public or private, whose owner or managers have posted signs pursuant to § 91.04.
