715.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates Section 715.02 or 715.04 shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than two-hundred-fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned

for not more than ninety days (90 days).

   (b)   Whoever violates Section 715.03 shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned for not more than thirty days (30 days).
