715.04 PERMITTING USE OF PROPERTY PROHIBITED.

No person who has legal or equitable ownership in or the right to possession of any property in the City shall knowingly permit such property to be used as a house or establishment where persons are engaged in the unlicensed sale of alcoholic beverages.
