This article shall be enforced by the Bureau of Police. In addition, the Bureau of Fire Services and all City inspectors shall be authorized to enforce this article as part of their day-to- day inspection duties. The Dog Law Enforcement Officer shall be authorized to enforce Section 714.04(b)(6) and in so doing shall have the powers of a police officer except the power of arrest. (Ord. 27-2007. Passed 9-4-07.)
