Mobile home parks shall be governed by provisions set forth in Section 1304.21 of the Zoning Ordinance and Section 424 of the BOCA Basic Building Code, 1975. Design standards not covered under either of these two sections shall be in conformance with the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. Where provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, BOCA Code and Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance conflict, the most restrictive regulations shall prevail.
