The Clover Medical Facility Commission shall continue to exist as a commission of the county, subject to the terms and provisions of this subchapter. Commission members and all personnel now or hereafter employed by the commission shall be subject to and governed by the statutes of the state and the ordinances of the county and all rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, relating to county departments, agencies, boards and commissions and members, employees and personnel thereof.
