The Rock Hill-York County Convention & Visitors Bureau may have a staff consisting of a director and other employees, consistent with the availability of funds, as may be necessary to implement and carry out the purposes and objectives of this subchapter and the policies of the commission. The director shall serve at the discretion of the commission. The director and all employees of the commission shall be subject to and governed by personnel policies, practices and procedures as may be established from time to time by the commission.
