§ 32.172 BYLAWS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
   As necessary for the efficient operation of the Steering Committee and subject to the approval of the County Council by resolution, the Steering Committee may establish separate bylaws, procedural rules and policies to govern its operations.
