§ 32.160 VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS ON RURAL FIRE CONTROL BOARDS.
   Pursuant to S.C. Code § 4-9-30, York County has established certain special tax districts for the purpose of providing rural fire protection services within those districts. No more than two volunteer firefighters may serve at any one time on the board of any such special tax district.
