(A) The Committee shall elect from its membership a chairman and vice-chairman. Officers shall be elected to serve a one-year term commencing January 1, of each year, and shall continue in office until their successors are elected and qualified. The chairman or his or her designee will serve as an ex-officio member on the Board of the Rock Hill-York County Convention & Visitors Bureau.
(B) The role of secretary to the Committee will be filled by a representative of the county government designated by the York County Manager.
