§ 30.53 FAILURE TO APPEAR BEFORE COURT; PENALTY.
   Any person or entity who fails to appear before the court as required by an ordinance summons, without first having posted the bond as may be required or without having been granted a continuance by the court shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, must be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
