§ 53.61 PROCEDURE IN CASE OF DELINQUENT CUSTOMER VACATING PREMISES.
   In cases where a customer has vacated the premises leaving unpaid water or sewer bills, he or she will not be furnished water or sewer service elsewhere until the bills have been paid.
