All magistrate’s courts located within the county are vested by state law with jurisdiction to hear and dispose of charges for which the ordinance summons is issued and served, and law enforcement officers and deputy sheriffs of the county and code enforcement officers appointed and commissioned by the County Council are hereby authorized to prosecute charges in magistrate’s courts.
