The officers of the Community Relations Commission shall be a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, a secretary and a parliamentarian. Officers shall be elected annually for one-year terms of office which shall commence at the first meeting of each calendar year. Officers shall serve terms of one year and shall continue in office until their successors are elected and qualify.
