Sewer service connections will be made to premises abutting on streets having county sewer mains in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted by the county for the administration, operation and extension of the county water and sewer systems. Additionally, existing sewer service connections for premises which do not abut streets having county sewer mains may be made where the county acquires ownership of a sewer system by eminent domain or agreement. The owner, lessee or authorized agent of the property to be benefitted shall make application to the water and sewage department, and upon compliance with all requirements of the water and sewage department, and upon approval of the application, the service connections may be permitted in accordance with county policies, procedures and requirements.
