§ 30.30 COUNCIL MEETINGS TWICE MONTHLY; CALLING SPECIAL MEETINGS; QUORUM.
   (A)   The Council shall hold its regular meetings for the transaction of official business twice each month in accordance with the schedule adopted by the Council.
   (B)   Special meetings may be called by the chairperson or majority of the Council for transaction of official business, but no special meetings shall be held unless all members are notified in writing 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
   (C)   Four members of Council shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of official business.
