It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to misrepresent, mislabel or incorrectly identify or describe any materials or substances tendered or presented for collection, deposit, treatment or disposal at the county municipal solid waste landfill, the county convenience centers or any county solid waste collection and disposal facility.
