It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to deliver, deposit, dispose of or tender for delivery, deposit or disposal at the county municipal solid waste landfill, any county convenience center or any other county solid waste collection or disposal facility any material or substance defined or regulated as hazardous waste, infectious waste, radioactive waste, processed mineral waste as defined or regulated by any federal statute or regulation, any statute or regulation of the state or any agency thereof or any ordinance, law, rule or regulation of the county or any agency or department thereof.
