(A) Service availability. Subject to § 111.067(A), the grantee must make cable television service available to every dwelling unit within the franchise service area in accordance with the terms of the franchise agreement and this chapter.
(B) Dedicated access.
(1) It is the intent of the county that dedicated access channels shall be constructed concurrently with any franchised cable communications system to take advantage of the cost reduction inherent in concurrent construction.
(2) The requirements for dedicated institutional access channels shall be stated in the franchise agreement.
