Any property owner or tenant desiring to install a plumbing system for the purpose of discharging domestic sewage and/or industrial waste into the YCWSD system may do so by complying with the requirements of YCWSD and the POTW and by paying fees and charges as are set forth in the schedule of current rates, fees and charges.
