A. Right To Appeal: Any person aggrieved by the action of the chief of police in the denial of a license, as provided in section 3-6-5 of this chapter, shall have the right of appeal to the city council.
B. Notice Of Appeal: Such appeal shall be taken by filing with the council, within fourteen (14) days after notice of the action complained of, a written statement setting forth fully the grounds for the appeal.
C. Hearing: The notice shall set a time and place for a hearing on such appeal and notice of such hearing shall be given to the applicant in the same manner as provided in subsection 3-6-9B of this chapter for notice of hearing on revocation.
D. Council Decision: The decision and order of the council on such appeal shall be final and conclusive. (Ord. 07-02, 2-26-2007)
