A. Fee: At the time of filing the application, a fee shall be paid by the applicant to the city of Yerington to cover the cost of investigation of the facts stated in the application. Fees for an application for canvassers and solicitors shall be as found in the police section of the city of Yerington fee schedule.
B. Chief Of Police To Conduct: Upon receipt of the application, the chief of police shall cause such investigation of the applicant's business and moral character to be made as he deems necessary for the protection of the public good. (Ord. 07-02, 2-26-2007)
