A. Fees: The amount of all licenses for the carrying on, or conducting any of the games mentioned in section 3-4-9-1 of this chapter, whether the same be a new license or the renewal of one heretofore existing, shall be as follows:
1. First Game: The rate for the first game, as found in the gaming section of the city of Yerington fee schedule per quarter, or fractional part thereof.
2. Additional Games: The rate for each additional game, as found in the gaming section of the city of Yerington fee schedule per quarter, or fractional part thereof.
So long as the licensee plays, conducts, or carries on or operates said game in the same place of business.
B. Transferability: Such license shall not be transferable. (Ord. 07-02, 2-26-2007)
