3-4-9-3: CONTENTS OF APPLICATION:
   A.   Individual: All applications for licenses shall state the business and place of business of the applicant, and the name in full of the applicant.
   B.   Copartnership Or Association: In case of copartnership or association, the application shall state the names in full of each and all the copartners or associates.
   C.   Corporation: In case of a corporation the application shall state the names of the officers and manager thereof. (Ord. 07-02, 2-26-2007)
